We believe trust is a key factor for success in the R&D field therefore we set up strict internal policies to fully protect the IP of our clients. We also make sure that all international trade agreements are respected.

Our internal system:

• Every new employee joining Bide Pharmatech has to sign a confidentiality disclosure agreement

• Before starting a new project, a confidentiality agreement is signed with the customer

• The projects are handled in access-controlled labs where only the researchers who are assigned to the projects are admitted

• Computer access is limited to authorized staff only

• The lab notebook are signed and inspected daily by the R&D Manager. All information, presentation, technical report and lab notebooks related to a project are locked and stored with limited access
